1. Will I be charged extra by customs?

If there are any taxes and customs duties, they will need to be settled by customers. The cost of duties and charges varies per country/region, according to your local regulations.

2. When will my order be shipped?

All of our prints are custom made to order in our US factory. Standard orders are shipped within 1-2 business days. During holiday seasons, orders may take 3-5 business days to ship. Once your product is ready, we will send you the tracking number by email and keep you posted on the shipment progress.

 

3. Do you offer express shipping?

Absolutely! We are happy to offer an Express Shipping option for delivery to the 48 contiguous states!

Orders shipped via express shipping arrive in 2-3 business days, for an additional fee starting at $24.95 depending on order value and weight.

4. What is the shipping time frame for wall art?

All of our prints are custom made to order in our U.S. factory. Standard orders are shipped within 1-2 business days.

The shipping time and cost depends on your location:

  • U.S.: arrives in 3-4 business days, standard shipping is free, no minimum purchase required!
  • Canada: arrives in 3-4 business days, standard shipping fee is $29.99.
  • Contiguous U.S.: arrives in 3-4 business days, *express shipping for an additional fee starting at $24.95. 
  • More locations include U.S. Territories & AFO: +14 business days, for $49.

Once your product is ready, we will send you the tracking number by email and keep you posted on the shipment progress.


5. Where does Art Blvd ship from?

All orders are shipped out of Oviedo, Florida.


6. Where do you ship to?

For retail customers: We ship within the continental US, US territories, Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada.

For wholesale customers: We ship within the continental US, US territories, Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada plus internationally. All shipping costs will be provided when the order is processed.


7. How can I track my order?

Thank you for your order!

Tracking details will be e-mailed to you once your order has been shipped. We ship our standard orders within 1-2 business days.

8. What is the shipping time frame for custom artwork?

Our shipping time frame for custom prints is generally 3-5 business days. 

We only want to craft prints that are beautiful and of high-quality. That is why we ensure your custom photo looks amazing before we print it. We never print poor quality images. 

In case there is a quality issue with your photo, we offer free enhancement. We send the edited photo to you for your confirmation before printing.

If we cannot improve your photo, we will contact you for an alternative photo or cancel the order.

Returns

1. Do you pay shipping on returns?
 
We're sorry you're not happy with your product! We'd appreciate it if you took a few moments to tell us why, so we can improve in the future.

Our returns are hassle-free. We provide a return label for all orders within the contiguous U.S.

However, please note that orders from Hawaii, Alaska, and US Virgin Islands will be returned at the customer's expense. Also, custom orders are non-refundable as they are made especially for you.

To return your item:

  1. Email us to support@artblvd.com, along with the following details: order number, the reason you're returning the item, photos of the item and its box, and packaging, return or exchange preferred (if exchange, let us know which item and size).

  2. You will be assisted as soon as we are notified and your return label will be sent via email. (Please note that only orders within the contiguous U.S. qualify for a free return label).

2. Can I return items bought with an eGift Card?

Yes, you can return the artwork, but please note that we are not able to refund purchases placed with an eGift Card. However, we can issue a store credit, so you could purchase another artwork on our online store.

* Please note that custom orders cannot be returned as they are handcrafted especially for you. 


3. What is your return policy?
 
Not satisfied with the size or design? No worries!
We will refund your purchase upon returning the artwork. No questions asked!

With our money-back guarantee, reach out to us within 15 days* of receiving your artwork (as indicated by the tracking number) and we’ll be happy to refund your purchase to the original credit card used with the order. Items damaged during shipping will require the customer to contact the shipping carrier  to file a claim.
